Incharge/Counselor for FLCCs (Financial Literacy Centers)

Central Bank of India has announced an opportunity for eligible and experienced individuals to be engaged as Incharge/Counselor for its Financial Literacy Centers (FLCCs) on a contract basis for one year. This is a vital initiative aimed at strengthening financial awareness at the grassroots level, and eligible candidates are invited to apply before the deadline of 26th June 2025.

📢 Position Details

  • Post Name: Counselor FLC Narmadapuram Betul
  • Engagement Type: Contract (1 year)
  • Age Limit: Above 45 years & below 65 years (in good health)

🎓 Essential Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and local language typing

🧾 Experience & Eligibility

  • Preference to:
    • Retired/VRS opted officers (Scale I & above) of Nationalized Banks/SBI/RRBs
    • Ex-Servicemen or Government School Teachers with banking knowledge and IIBF certification
  • Must have an unblemished service record with at least 10 years of experience
  • Should be a resident of the same state, preferably same or nearby district
  • Must possess excellent communication skills in the local language

💼 Job Role

Selected candidates will function as “Counselor-FLCs”, managing and overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the FLCC center.

⏳ Contract Terms & Remuneration

  • Contract Period: 1 year (extendable at Bank’s discretion)
  • Remuneration:
    • Pensioned Retirees: Last Pay minus initial pension (before commutation) + Rs.1,000/month (Mobile/Conveyance)
    • Non-Pensioners: Rs. 25,000/month + Rs.1,000 (Mobile/Conveyance)
    • No other benefits are applicable
  • Leave: 15 days per year (Maximum 2 days/month)
