The High Court of Tripura invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment to the posts of Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk, Driver, and Group-D in the establishments of the District & Sub-ordinate Judiciary of Tripura as per Advertisement No.F.13(13)-HC/2025/14009

Vacancy Details:

1️⃣ Stenographer (Personal Assistant-II)

  • Total Vacancies: 13 (ST-08 including 01 PWD, SC-05)
  • Pay Structure: ₹20,475/- per month (Entry Level Pay ₹27,300/- in Pay Matrix Level-09 as per TSCS Revised Pay Rules, 2018)
  • Eligibility:
    • Graduate in any discipline from recognized College/University.
    • Dictation speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand.
    • Typing speed of 60 words per minute on computer.
    • Certificate in computer education (minimum 6 months).
  • Age Limit: 18-40 years (Relaxable by 5 years for Government Servants, Physically Disabled, Ex-Servicemen, SC/ST candidates).
  • Application Fee: ₹500/- (UR); ₹250/- (SC/ST).

2️⃣ Lower Division Clerk

  • Total Vacancies: 43 (ST-33 including 01 PWD & 01 Ex-serviceman, SC-10 including 01 PWD & 01 Ex-serviceman)
  • Pay Structure: ₹16,050/- per month (Entry Level Pay ₹21,400/- in Pay Matrix Level-07)
  • Eligibility:
    • Graduate in any discipline from recognized College/University.
    • Computer savvy with typing speed of 30 words per minute.
    • Certificate in computer education (minimum 6 months).
  • Age Limit: 18-40 years (Relaxable as per government norms).
  • Application Fee: ₹400/- (UR); ₹200/- (SC/ST).

3️⃣ Driver

  • Total Vacancies: 02 (UR)
  • Pay Structure: ₹16,050/- per month (Entry Level Pay ₹21,400/- in Pay Matrix Level-07)
  • Eligibility:
    • Madhyamik/Secondary examination passed.
    • Valid commercial driving license.
    • 3 years driving experience of light motor vehicle.
    • Medically fit for driving.
  • Age Limit: 21-40 years (Relaxable as per government norms).
  • Application Fee: ₹400/- (UR); ₹200/- (SC/ST).

4️⃣ Group-D (Peon/Orderly/Guard etc.)

  • Total Vacancies: 69 (UR-39 including 01 PWD & 04 Ex-serviceman, ST-19 including 01 PWD & 02 Ex-serviceman, SC-11 including 01 PWD & 01 Ex-serviceman)
  • Pay Structure: ₹12,000/- per month (Entry Level Pay ₹16,000/- in Pay Matrix Level-01)
  • Eligibility:
    • Madhyamik/Secondary School Examination passed or equivalent.
  • Age Limit: 18-40 years (Relaxable as per government norms).
  • Application Fee: ₹300/- (UR); ₹150/- (SC/ST).

General Instructions:

  • The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
  • Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) is mandatory as per notification dated 07.07.2023.
  • General Category candidates may apply for reserved posts; selection will follow Rule 17 of Tripura District Courts (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rule, 2014.
  • Application fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment of fees must be made through online modes: Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card, Wallets, Cash Cards & UPI only.

Disqualification Conditions:

A candidate shall be disqualified if:

  • Not a citizen of India.
  • Dismissed from any Government, High Court, statutory or local authority service.
  • Convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
  • Having more than one spouse living.
  • Attempts to influence the recruitment process by any means.

Application Procedure:

  • Applications must be submitted online only through the High Court of Tripura’s official website: https://thc.nic.in.
  • The online application portal will remain active from 27.05.2025 (11:00 A.M.) to 26.06.2025 (05:00 P.M.).
  • Candidates should carefully follow the instructions provided in the “How to Apply” section of the portal.
  • Multiple applications should be avoided. In case of multiple submissions, only the application with the latest Registration Number will be considered.

Additional Notes:

  • Original documents will be verified before the Written Test.
  • Government servants must apply through proper channel or attach a No Objection Certificate.
  • Candidates shall bear their own expenses for appearing in the selection tests.
